Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to bookings made with Nomadic Travels. By requesting or confirming a booking, the traveller agrees to follow these terms along with any package-specific conditions shared before payment.

2. Tour Prices

Published prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices may change when transport fares, hotel rates, permits, taxes, entry fees or supplier charges change. The final price confirmed for your booking will be the applicable booking price.

3. Inclusions and Exclusions

Only services expressly included in the confirmed package are included. Personal expenses, optional activities, meals or tickets not mentioned in the package, and other incidental costs are generally excluded unless confirmed in writing.

4. Itinerary Changes

Travel conditions can require route or schedule changes. Nomadic Travels may modify an itinerary when reasonably necessary because of weather, road conditions, local restrictions, supplier availability, safety or other operational reasons.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate name, contact and travel information.
• Carry valid government-issued identification and any required travel documents.
• Follow the instructions of the trip coordinator, driver, guide, hotel and activity providers.
• Arrive at designated departure points on time.
• Respect local laws, people, property, environment and destination rules.

6. Hotels and Transport

Hotel rooms, vehicle types and seating may depend on the selected package and availability. Room allocation may follow the occupancy and sharing basis confirmed during booking.

7. Adventure Activities

Treks and adventure activities involve inherent travel risks. Participants should follow operator instructions, disclose relevant limitations when necessary, and use required safety equipment. Activity operators may refuse participation where safety requirements are not met.

8. Payments and Cancellation

Payment schedules and cancellation deductions depend on the package and supplier conditions. Please review the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the specific booking confirmation before making payment.

9. Privacy

Information shared for booking and enquiry purposes is used to communicate with you and arrange requested travel services. Please avoid sending passwords, banking PINs or other unnecessary sensitive information through enquiry forms.
